1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Betting Rules

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Taya 3653 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, unusual or suspicious activity patterns, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment processor.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, Taya 3653 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where no fraud is confirmed and the closure was in error or due to a policy issue that has been resolved, balances will be returned to the player through the appropriate withdrawal method.

You may voluntarily close your Taya 3653 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all active bonus balances will be removed.
